FYIs Community Resource Center (CRC) in Clearwater's Lake Belleview Community (aka Belleair or South Greenwood) offers one-stop access to a number of community resources and information for residents. FYICP is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that recently relocated to the Lake Belleview Community. Here you can come and receive services without stigma. Everyone is invited to come during our open hours on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.The center is staffed with volunteers who help residents access local resources; they also facilitate initiatives for youth as well as individuals and families. As a local community partner agency with the Department of Children and Families, we provide access to public assistance and benefits (SNAP) through the DCF ACCESS Florida site. The CRC provides access to computers and the internet, including basic computer training, learning new skills, job searches, job readiness training, help with resumes and other personal business applications, including copy, FAX, and internet for personal business documents.
Because of generous donations, fundraising events by the Board of Directors and caring community partners, all of the services are offered without cost to residents. The FYI Community Partnership's Board of Directors are ecstatic about the services we are able to provide to our neighbors in this community and are working hard to ensure that the services offered are acceptable and helpful to the residents. We are open to suggestions for other services and how we may improve our efforts to serve this community.
